Our goal is to bring happiness to the Zarian family, which includes over 250
skilled craftsmen and craftswomen, with the majority being women.
Tropical gardens & sports facilities
3 days a week, our colleagues take time during work hours to exercise with professional trainers, including yoga sessions.
We organize annual badminton, volleyball, basketball and football tournaments.
Healthy Food
2 meals per day for everyone, free of MSG and sugar, with an emphasis on including organic vegetables and a healthy protein in the main course.
Micro Loans
All of us can apply for a microloan from our pension fund for purposes such as
our children & education or purchasing accommodation. Additionally, we offer
loans for family farming of organic products.
Welfare
We have established contracts with local hospitals that ensure we receive
priority treatment whenever necessary. This agreement guarantees that, in
cases of medical emergencies or required procedures, we are given prompt
attention and expedited care, allowing us to access essential healthcare
services without unnecessary delays.
